The Menu

Executive chef John Tamila has created a menu inspired by New York greats, such as Carnegies Deli and Smith & Wollensky.

 

The menu focuses on simplicity and quality with the best steaks in the city along with tankards of fresh prawns and oysters and elaborate skewers of meat and fish.

 

Our chefs have aimed to create a theatre of food, as aesthetically pleasing as it is delicious. Enjoy communal dining on our long dining table or take a seat in one of the private dining booths.
